Looking to spend the night in Kasane? Sure, the big lodges - Chobe Marina, Chobe Safari, and Mowana - are listed online, but what about the small ones? And what about Bushtracks, the organization that will take you to the Zambian side of Vic Falls? Amazingly enough, some of these smaller operations - including Bushtracks - aren't in the 2010 BTC phone book, either. Look no further.

ReplyDeleteIts worst possible hotel...n there is nothing like hospitality or professionalism for them....v were shifted 3 times....in first room there was no shower...in second room the door lock was broken n in third room the air con was not working properly (v went there in mid july so u can imagine how cold it was) n there was no safety door and tv was not working. There is no proper authority/person to deal with ur problem...the person standing at reception just know one line "I have no authority to do anything" and the owner of Hotel OMG....she never answered aur calls or even d calls of the hotel stay and the best part was she ill never come in Hotel she ill only b present in some nearby shop or bar that she owns as v were told...I don recommend to anyone...and its not in Kasane its outside Kasane so that's another problem...worst worst worst experience....
